A GARDEN SHELTER PROJECT NEAR NEWARK

THE BRIEF

Bradgate Grange was appointed to design and build a 11.15m x 8.6m garden shelter, which would cover an outdoor kitchen, a hot tub, a seating area and other ancillaries in front of the clients outdoor pool.

The client specified that they wanted a grey pantile roof as part of the brief.

OUR APPROACH

Bradgate Grange was initially given a basic sketch of this huge garden shelter from the client. Our approach was to turn their rough sketch into a workable design that met all their requirements.

Working closely with the garden designer and our structural engineer, we created a design for a large, stunning, airy outdoor space for all year round use. The design included a toilet block, plant room, store room and pergola over the hot tub as part of the building.

To help the client visualise the final build, CAD drawings were provided, which is something that we offer with all of our builds.

Bradgate Grange also met the client’s brief by sourcing and providing samples for the grey pantile roof which the client approved.

THE OUTCOME

The Bradgate Grange team are absolutely delighted with the end result, which showcases our craftmanship and the quality of materials that we use throughout the build.

We hope our client enjoys their new outdoor entertaining area as much as we have in creating this delightful outdoor space.
